A Sad Day...

After 17 years in the NFL, legendary quarterback Brett Favre is hanging up his sweat socks. He's announced that he is officially retiring from football. Crying.

According to Fox Sports, who broke the story, Favre leaves the game as the all-time record holder in several categories including wins, passing yards, touchdowns and consecutive games started. He was also a three-time MVP.

Football just won't be the same without that yummy man.
